Talk about results!

  • Caroline had dreamed of representing Australia in age group triathlon but was in doubt of qualifying with earlier attempts that had her well out of the placing's.  Once on the program she qualified with her first attempt, backed up with a 3rd placing at the national titles, went to the World Champs and placed 11th, was awarded a professional licence, received a $10,000 sponsorship package and was paid to travel around the world as a professional triathlete.
  • Gina just wanted to do a triathlon and lose weight.  She achieved her dream with an Ironman finish photo that proudly displayed an impressive 6 pack. She also went on to conquer another two Ironmans and placed 2nd in the Australian 100km road running championships.
  • Jamie couldn’t get through an entire program under other coaches and failed to achieve a result.  He went on to achieve a dream result placing at the national titles. He didn't stop there and achieved a professional triathlon licence allowing him to live his wildest dreams as he raced internationally on the French Professional circuit.
  • Andrew was warned by his doctor to get fit because of a risk of a number of health issues due to obesity.  He lost over 20kg, dramatically increased his strength and is now a fitness fanatic.
  • Deano was undecided between golf and triathlon.  He elected a triathlon program and went on to conquer an Ironman and represent Australia as an age grouper in the Olympic Distance event.
  • Rhona dreamed of racing at the Hawaii Ironman.  She qualified with ease at the National titles and not only qualified to race in Hawaii, but ended up exceeding her expectations with a top 20 finish in her age group at the World Ironman Champs.
  • Libby was the quiet girl who was finally enticed into activity.  With just a little bit of motivation she went on to conquer the 100km trailwaker. With an awesome sense of achievement she looked at another dream and backed her trailwaker performance up with a very impressive marathon finish.
  • Kerry was a gym junkie who had been training for years couldn't lose any more weight. She said she dreamed of running but accepted that those days were gone and she would never be able to run again. In her initial assessment she ran 200 metres and clearly showed why she couldn't run. On the program began to run with ease and went on to do 10km runs regularly. She also managed to lose about 10 kilo's taking her weight back to her teenage years.
  • Glenn was a social triathlete who dreamed of the Hawaiian Ironman.  He didn't understand the ability he possessed and laughed when he was told that half way through his program he would be riding with the A grade cyclists.  Half way through his program he was riding A grade and couldn’t believe his rate of improvement.  He is now is an exceptional A grade cyclist, a place getter at the Australian Ironman titles and also went on to achieve his dream of racing the Hawaiian Ironman.
  • Steve had dreamed of running a marathon but had only been doing regular 5km runs. With a simple monitoring program he achieved his goal with a sub 4 hour marathon on his first attempt.
  • At the age of 12 young Josh was the little fat kid at school that everyone picked on.   Stating a liking for boxing his ability to hit the boxing bag (with any type of force) was nothing short of embarrassing.  By 14 he had his first amateur fight.  By 15 sparring was prohibited from his training sessions as, in some areas, his physical strength was beginning to exceed that of his fathers (an ex elite Russian wrestler).  The kids at school don’t pick on him anymore – and with good reason!
  • Michelle wanted to perform well in the national long course triathlon event in front of her home crowd. As a runner with many years experience she disagreed with much of the program but did it knowing of the results of some other athletes. 4 weeks out of the event she was very surprised to run a 10 year 10km PB. In her trail event she was shocked beat athletes she had never been able to match in the past. When she peaked for the event she not only won the national title, she won her age group by over 30 minutes, was the 2nd non professional female and later went on to place 5th at the World Championships
