FIT AUSSIE DIET

This whole diet craze has gone far enough! No matter what dietary routine you use; no matter what diet provider or service you swear by; the 'Fit Aussie Diet' is the diet of all diets. Put the stat's onto the charts provided and it will tell you if you have a balanced diet or not.

If you use a fad routine, try it out on our charts, the 'Fit Aussie Diet' charts will tell you if it's acceptable. Put all those weird and whacky suggestions to the test, again this product will identify it for what it is. If it is unbalanced then it is unhealthy - it's that simple.

The 'Fit Aussie Diet' is based on the most reliable guides we have on this planet. There are however many people who will fall outside the scope of this dietary balance due to allergies and intolerance. Code what you eat and take it to a qualified nutritionist, or your doctor, to identify the flaws in your diet. They will tell you how to overcome these issues - but don't try and find the answer in a unqualified sales pitch.

STEP 1 - PRELIMINARY KNOWLEDGE: Read the 'Fit Aussie Guide' when you get the chance. This will help you understand what sensible dieting is, and how to identify diets that are unacceptable. Refer back to this whenever you are unsure.

STEP 2 - UNDERSTANDING CALORIES: Understanding how to assess your diet is very important. The caloric guide is by far the best way of doing this. 'CLICK HERE' for more information on understanding calories. If this sounds all too hard then cheat! Just do your best and make reasonable guesstimates, it doesn't matter if you're out a little here and there. It does matter if you ignore a sensible assessment routine and continue on the road to poor health. (Note: the charts provided can also be used with 'Weight Watchers' points. You should however do a check to compare them to your international caloric guide).

STEP 3 - UNDERSTANDING SERVINGS: Understanding nutrition is also very important. The system used here is called 'Servings' as per the international food group guide. 'CLICK HERE' to understand more about 'Servings'.

STEP 4 - SELECT YOUR DIET CHART: Select the type of graph you want to use to assess your diet. There are charts to give you a quick check, charts for those who don't like computers, and the ultimate of diet charts - 'The Fit Aussie Diet'. Simply click the title and you will be able to download the charts (the Fit Aussie Diet is quite large and may take some time to download).

  • The 'ONE DAY ASSESSMENT' (gives you a quick assessment only).
  • The 'FIT AUSSIE FRIDGE CHART' is for those who hate computers and like to use a pen and paper (it's a little limited but gives you an overview, but unfortunately no automatic graphs).
  • The 'FIT AUSSIE DIET' is an interactive excel program that will give you an assessment of each meal, the breakdown of each day, and a weekly overview. Take a little bit of time to learn how to code this chart and it will become your personal trainer.

Yes, all of these products are free (however any-one wishing to make a donation to Fit Aussie, it will be greatly appreciated - 'CLICK HERE'). There are those who will look at the chart and see lot's of flash colours and get freaked out. A little bit of time understanding the system will have you using it like an expert. All too much you say? How much time and effort have you put into diets that are unbalanced? This product is the real deal - learn it, it costs you nothing!

If you still have trouble, try using our forum. There will soon be others in there only too happy to explain some of your problems.

Note: the 'Fit Aussie Diet' is a large file and may take some time to download.

The charts are up and being trialled at the moment. If you have any comments, notice any coding errors, or have any questions e-mail john@fitaussie.com.

If you don't like the 'Fit Aussie Diet' plan, don't go running to other scrupulous providers, get the advice off the leaders in addressing these issues - the USDA. I believe our charts are easier in that, it acts as a personal trainer. The USDA however has other charts which simply allow you to code in your details, then it creates a daily guide for you. It is similar to the 'Fit Aussie Fridge Chart' in that it provides a one day guide (but it breaks it down a little differently). If we can't entice you into using our chart, use this one before trying others.

(1) CLICK HERE to go to the USDA page then complete your age, sex and activity levels.

(2) Select the 'MEAL TRACKING WORKSHEET' on the right hand side of the results page and print up your daily guide.
